## Description

This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM 6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply\. The call-off contract shall commence on the 7th February 2024 and the expiry date will be 6th February 2025 for a period of 12 months with the option to extend by a further 12 months\. The total contract value will be up to £345,000 excluding VAT\. The contract term has been extended by 12 months and the new contract expiry date is the 6th February 2026\.
