## Description

The works will involve widening of footways, alteration of existing kerb lines to provide parking bays, build outs and bus lay-bys\. Footways are to be reconstructed and the carriageway is to be resurfaced\. The value of this work is expected to exceed £1\.0million and is part of the regeneration of Prestwich town centre\. It is anticipated that proposed construction will start on site January 2017\.
