DFID 7913 Performance Evaluation of the Punjab Education Sector Programme (PESP) 2 - Call Down Contract

The purpose is to conduct a performance evaluation of PESP 2 and its contribution to the outcome as stated in the programme's logical framework (more children staying in school longer and learning more) with specific reference to the 11 districts where education access and learning outcomes for girls and boys are particularly low. The evaluation will assess the contribution of the five outputs to the outcome and consider whether there are other causal links that may need to be addressed and that have not been identified in the programme design.
