The Rough Sleeping Initiative \(RSI\) is a central government programme aimed at helping people off the streets\. As part of a collaborative approach across the Greater Manchester Combined Authority \(GMCA\), Oldham Council is seeking to continue delivering a Rough Sleeping Navigator \(RSN\) service to a designated cohort of individuals who are / have been / are at risk of sleeping rough in Oldham\.
