Local Investment in Natural Capital (LINC) Programme - Evaluation Services

This contract is for the supply of evaluation services during the second year of the two-year LINC programme. The evaluation will assess evidence on the process, impact and value for money of the four LINC projects to: determine the extent to which LINC aims and objectives have been achieved; to capture and disseminate policy learning; and to establish the extent to which local areas have increased capacity and capability to be ready to attract and direct private investment to local nature priorities.
