## Description

The purpose of the work is to undertake a comprehensive market sizing and scoping exercise for our schools\* work \(across funding streams as defined below\) in order to ensure that the British Council can build a financial sustainable business over the next five years\. This exercise will include an options appraisal of the strategic choices available; make recommendations on preferred options for the British Council; and include an outline of the enablers that will support success of the preferred option\(s\)\.
