## Description

Wolverhampton City Council has secured Green House Gas - Local Authority Delivery \(LAD2\) funding from BEIS to improve the energy efficiency of a minimum of 25 privately owned domestic properties by the end of March 2022, and have appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures \(excluding fossil fuels\) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure \(SAP\)/Energy Performance Certificate \(EPC\) for a number of domestic properties located within the city\.
