Private Rented Sector Housing Guarantee Scheme

In September 2012, Government announced the creation of the Housing Guarantees schemes. There are two schemes, one covering the PRS and the other Affordable Housing. This contract notice deals exclusively with the PRS Housing Guarantee scheme. The Contractor will need to detail how they will raise and/or deploy the capital/funding required and provide loans to borrowers under the PRS Housing Guarantee scheme, together with the policies and procedures they will adopt.

Additional information: The licence has been modified to extend the duration for a further 12 months until 31 December 2018. Both the original licence agreement and the modification are attached to this Notice.
