The Calabash Day Centre is located on George Lane in Hither Green and is a dedicated Centre that was developed and opened in 1985 specifically to provide a safe space for the BAME community and cater for the frail and isolated as well as those who have physical disabilities, mental health problems and dementia\. The works are composed of: - The partial reconfiguration of the building to the front - Creating WC provisions and a care room off the reception area - Roof replacement - Internal general repairs - External general repairs - Redecoration
