Deliver a national development programme for middle leaders in the FE Sector 2020

Description

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has awarded a contract to further develop and deliver its outstanding programme supporting middle leaders to develop and enhance their skills so that they can lead their departments, support their teachers and therefore give learners an outstanding teaching and learning experience in their Further Education setting.This programme enables Middle Managers and leaders the opportunity to develop their skills, becoming effective and pro-active middle managers that are able to make decisions to support their team and the learners. As well as developing professionally within their current role, the participants are able to consider this course as the starting point for preparing for more senior roles in the future, raising their aspirations to work and moving along the leadership pipeline.
