Upperbanks Mechanical & Electrical Clerk of Works A specialised clerk of works for the mechanical and electrical elements of the build is required to act on behalf of RBC. They will inspect the workmanship, quality and safety of work on site and report back regularly after conducting regular site inspections and checking building plans are followed correctly.
