Colchester Borough Homes \(the Authority\), acting on behalf of Colchester Borough Council \(the Council\) wishes to commission a Contractor \(the "Supplier"\) to Strip out existing timber door frame sets and replace with new timber door frame sets, associated ironmongery, and paint system to achieve class o spread of flame\. The 4 Sheltered Schemes are: \(1\)Mary Frank House \(2\)John Lampon Court \(3\)Heathfields House \(4\)Grymes Dyke Court Full details of the requirements are detailed within the associated documents\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
