## Description

The contractor is to undertake any necessary design, installation, testing and inspection and handover of all works detailed within the corresponding, Volume 2 - Works Information property specific, scope of works document as per the specification: - Electrical remedial works across multiple residential properties and compound based offices and facilities buildings\. Works include distribution board replacements and upgrades, lighting replacements, installation of mains bonding to services, rewiring of circuits and other small works as defined within the specification and supporting documents\. Additional information: Please note, there is a minimum requirement of SC clearance for this project\.
