## Description

September 2021 Re-Opening of the Framework\\r The pseudo-framework for Gloucestershire Health & Social Care is reopened annually for Lots 1-5b: supported living non complex / support living complex / floating support for children and young people / forensic support services / domiciliary care /domiciliary care complex\.\\r The original tender was first issued in 2019 and the framework went live in 2020\.\\r The services required under this procurement falls within Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 \(SI 2015/102\) and are therefore not bound by all of its requirements\. The Council will follow its own modified version of the framework process described under Regulation 33\. The modified process, includes the ability to reopen the tender annually, or as required to ensure coverage of service areas\.\\r \\r \*\*This 2021 opportunity to join the framework opens on 6th September 2021 and all tender responses must be submitted by 1st November 2021 at 10am\*\*\\r \\r This procurement will be set up a pseudo framework agreement to provide health and social care across Gloucestershire for domiciliary care, and community-based support services for adults and children \(where regulations allow\), with a learning disability, physical disability, autism and/or a mental health condition, through several different frameworks\.\\r The framework is divided into 6 lots\.\\r The services required under this procurement will fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 \(SI 2015/102\) and are therefore not bound by all of its requirements\. The Council will follow its own modified version of the framework process described under Regulation 33\. The modified process, includes the ability to reopen the tender annually, or as required to ensure coverage of service areas\.\\r \\r This framework and all the LOTs is open to the following users:\\r • Clinical Commissioning Group\\r • Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust\\r \\r Total value of the framework for the 4 years is estimated to be £244m\.\\r \\r \\r
