## Description

Assignment under the Market Research Framework MR130001\. This small-scale qualitative research will look to understand customers' experiences when they are unable to meet their tax obligations\. In particular, it will seek to understand the customers' needs and actions at this time, and their experience of interactions with HMRC\. This will enable us to improve our services for customers\.
