## Description

Sandwell Trusted Assessor Service\. Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to appoint a single Provider to the ASC113 Sandwell Trusted Assessor Service to provide assessments for eligible individuals ready for discharge from hospital in Sandwell\. Additional information: The Agreement term is 2 years with an option to extend for up to an additional 12 months\. The Council will be using the In-Tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal\. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents\.
