## Description

Provision of a new stand-alone purpose built Autistic Spectrum Disorder \(ASD\) facility at Sandringham Primary School\. This will be a stand- alone facility which will consist of one large teaching space, a soft play room, sensory room plus ancillary spaces\. The external works include soft landscaping and a large sand pit area\. The project has been procured as a Two Stage Design and Build Tender\. The First Stage tender provided a Pre-Construction Services Agreement on a fixed price\. This was in order to develop and manage the design up to and including Stage Two of this procurement process\.
