The Authority has exercised the contractual 12 month extension option extending the contract end date from 31 May 2026 to 31 May 2027 for the continued provision of e-Evaluation software licences and technical support. The extension is within the maximum duration expressly permitted in the original call-off contract and does not change the scope, pricing structure, or service requirements.

This modification is made and published in accordance with plublic Contract Regulations 2015, Regulations 2015 - Regulation 72,1(a) The modification is clearly provided for in the initial procurement documents, including the extension mechanism, pricing and maximum duration period.
