GB-Brentwood: Replacement of Finlock Guttering Systems

NOTE: This notice was updated on 13 September 2023 for the following reason: Amendment to title(The specification covers external refurbishment works including: erection of scaffolding and removal of existing concrete (finlock) gutter systems and replacement with traditional eaves details using PVCu fascia's, soffits and guttering. Works also include the upgrading and, or replacement of insulation to lofts, minor decorations and roof repairs, i.e.: replacement tiles, chimney repairs and flashing detail repairs.)
