## Description

We are looking to procure a Ticketing & EPOS system to enable the operating efficiency of Showtown when it opens in 2022\. It is our desire that the Ticketing & EPOS system we procure, comes alongside a CRM system supported by the supplier\. The Ticketing & EPOS systems main requirement will be based around ticketing, however there are requirements for retail and merchandise sales and the ability for some minor catering functionality\.
