PSF 3 Lot 1A Cumbria House - Reception Alterations

Cumbria County Council (CCC) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with CCC, to undertake detailed design in order to create amendments to the reception arrangement at Cumbria County Councils main office in Cumbria House, Botchergate, CA1 1RD. The proposals requirements is inclusive of design options for the rearrangement of the reception area to improve safe working for Cumbria County Council staff. The commission has the following requirements: • Multi-disciplinary team of consultancy support, following the RIBA Plan of Work, undertaking RIBA stages 2 to 6 inclusive of; o Conecpt Design o Detailed Design o Project Delivery
