GB-Grays: Grays Market Concession PS/2016/304

The Council's requirement under this Contract was to appoint a market operator to deliver, operate and grow a new and vibrant market for Grays town centre.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a Concession Contract which has now been awarded. The contract value stated in section 9 reflects the annual estimated income for the Council.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
