## Description

The overarching purpose of the provision of these Services is to ensure that adults who have a sensory impairment have access to social support which will assist visually impaired people to adapt to their condition in a way that enables them to maintain independence, and provide opportunities to prevent the impact of social isolation or loneliness\.
