## Description

The purpose of this tender is to appoint a provider to supply an on premise ICT Help Desk software application across Connexus\. This software is to provide an ITIL approach in the delivery of ICT Services and its associated available tools within the organisation\. Connexus is looking at Continual Improvements to drive efficiencies within a "One Stop" application that delivers on all aspects and functionality that a Help Desk software can provide\.
