Master Planning - Estate-wide

The University of Southampton is awarding a contract following a mini-competition under the NHS Shared Business Services Framework - Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services ((HPCCAS) Ref: SBS10191)) to create a Development Framework for the UoS estate that considers its six sites, with a particular focus on the main Highfield Road Campus.

The contract scope includes:

· Analysis of the current Estate · Review of campus development plan · Building condition and utilisation · Spatial Analysis · Review of capital programme · Option Appraisals · Quick wins and proposals in line with Strategic Estates development objectives · Production of a phased campus development framework
