Secure Cycle Storage for Housing Estates

Lambeth Council has a requirement for 10 - 12 secure metal cycle storage units. Designed to take at least 12 cycles, stored horizontally. The locks should include a smart lock, compatible with all smart phones. The units must be to Lambeth Council's specification or similar. We would also like to consider the installation of green sedum roofs. \r \r The value of the resulting contract, and supplier availability has determined that the Council adopt a different approach to the Call for Competition (tender) process.
