## Description

Rossendale Borough Council is seeking Tenders from an established project management company or project manager to oversee the smooth and effective delivery of the development phase of the Growth Deal funded Futures Park Junction, Plot 1 and Plot 4\. The purpose of the post in additions to the above is to over see proposal for all capital works from RIBA stages 1 to 7 \(inclusive\)\.
