GB-Coalville: Modular building provision

The Council is looking to appoint a suitably competent supplier to build and install a modular building to be used as a Community Building. The site location is the former garage site to the rear of nos. 17 & 19 Linford Crescent, Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 4QX. This contract includes fabrication, fit-out, delivery and placement of the structure. The complete building is to be accredited to ISO9001 and be an approved system with a valid BBA and BRE certificate or similar. The building is to benefit from a 5-year product and 30-year Structural warranty.

The building is to be in place and ready for immediate occupation by 21st December 2016

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
