The Provision of the Design and Bill of Quantities for a Coach Layover Facility & Café/Coffee Shop Outlet

Blackpool Council seeks to appoint a contractor to develop a design and from this prepare a bill of quantities for a proposed secure coach layover facility and café/coffee shop outlet, which will underpin a tender process to let a build contract (if this stage is agreed).
