The South West London Integrated Care System is looking for a consultancy provider/providers to help them understand the key drivers of the financial deficit across South West London in order to deliver two key pieces of activity: 1\. To review the drivers of the system deficit as agreed by the ICS stakeholders, ensuring these are understood by the system, as well as understanding whether the changes in the financial framework and the investments made during COVID-19 have affected them 2\. To develop a financial recovery plan based on the current identified opportunities, as well as proposing further potential opportunities\.
