This contract is for Property Insurance in respect of Leasehold Flats \(but excluding Broker Services\)\. Leaseholders Insurance covers property which is owned by the Council, as the freeholder we are responsible to ensure insurance cover is in place for the buildings to cover our liabilities against an insurable peril\.
