QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF ACTIVITY PLAN CONSULTANCY, HURST GRANGE PARK COACH HOUSE RESTORATION, PENWORTHAM

South Ribble Borough Council in partnership with The Friends of Hurst Grange Park Coach House Restoration Project Committee, Registered Charity Number 1155613 (the Friends Group) are inviting quotations for the supply of consultancy to develop an Activity Plan with associated consultation and evaluation strategy. This will form part of a Stage 2 Heritage Bid being drafted for submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund (HLF) in December 2019 for the restoration and improvement of the historic Coach House in Hurst Grange Park, Hill Road, Penwortham, PR1 9XH as more particularly detailed in the ITQ. The value of the consultancy is estimated to be in the region of £15,000.

Interested bidders should register their interest via the Chest www.the-chest.org.uk in order to access the full specification and invitation to tender documentation. The deadline for expressions of interest is 5pm on 24th April 2019. Completed tender documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later than Noon on Friday 26th April 2019.
