Off site Document storage Framework Agreement

The Council is looking to appoint a secured records storage facility provider.The provider must offer an environment in which the Council's sensitive files are stored that is well monitored for security and temperature purposes to preserve and protect documentation in optimal storage conditions.

Ideally a fully enclosed site location in a low crime rated area,ideally located for transport links and ios not under a flight path or on a flood plain, which conforms with requirements as detailed within PD5454:2012 The guide for the storage and exhibition of archival materials, which includes the storage of documentation by businesses and organisations and the preservation and exhibition of historic and valuable documents.
