Studies to further understand the diversity outcomes of the online assessment process (Lots 2 and 3)

The College of Policing Ltd (The College/The Authority) is looking to appoint one or more Suppliers to carry out several studies to assist in developing strategy to support Selection & Assessment Processes for Candidates from ethnic minorities in 2021/22. Each of the studies forms a separate Lot. Suppliers may bid for one or more of the Lots and must clearly state which Lots they are bidding for: • Lot 2 - A study to understand the impact of motivational and opportunity related factors on ethnic minority candidate performance and experience at initial assessment centres. • Lot 3 - A study to understand the impact of motivational and opportunity related factors on ethnic minority candidate performance and experience at promotion exams.
