## Description

The College of Policing Ltd \(The College/The Authority\) is looking to appoint one or more Suppliers to carry out several studies to assist in developing strategy to support Selection & Assessment Processes for Candidates from ethnic minorities in 2021/22\. Each of the studies forms a separate Lot\. Suppliers may bid for one or more of the Lots and must clearly state which Lots they are bidding for: • Lot 2 - A study to understand the impact of motivational and opportunity related factors on ethnic minority candidate performance and experience at initial assessment centres\. • Lot 3 - A study to understand the impact of motivational and opportunity related factors on ethnic minority candidate performance and experience at promotion exams\.
