LHP Qualitative Audits- FRA, Water, Asbestos, Lifts - AWARD

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is a Registered Provider with a housing portfolio of approximately 13,000 homes which are located in Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire regions. Approximately 4,500 homes are located in Boston Borough Council area and 7,500 homes are located in the Grimsby, Immingham and Cleethorpes areas.

LHP is a relatively new organisation, formed as a result of the merger of Boston Mayflower and Shoreline Housing Partnership in April 2018. LHP has a combined turnover of £52m per annum and is a substantial regional housing organisation, strongly connected with its communities and key stakeholders. Following the merger, the organisation has greater capacity and financial strength.

LHP undertakes a range of compliance activities to ensure that customers' health and safety is maintained at all times. This work is delivered through a mix of the in-house repairs service (IHRS) and external contractors. As part of our internal assurance Framework LHP has a requirement to independently report on the quality of service / installation carried out and documentation that is being delivered by contractors or our in house team is in accordance with relevant legislation.
