0-19 (up to 25 young people with SEND) Public Health Nursing Service

Description

Shropshire Council is reviewing its options regarding the contract for 0-19 (up to 25 for young people with SEND) Public Health Nursing Service, which includes health visiting, school nursing and Family Nurse Partnership. Shropshire Council wishes to engage with potential providers of Public Health Nursing Services to discuss innovative, efficient and cost-effective methods of providing this service in Shropshire. As such we are inviting interested organisations to meet with us to discuss the future delivery and development of the service.
