## Description

The Trust has an Occupational Health \(OH\) database used for all BTHFT staff and external customer Occupational Health records\. This includes all immunisation records, health surveillance records, fitness to work records and relevant recall/reporting systems\. The database \(Cority Health Essentials\) is web hosted and is supported and maintained by Cohort Software\. The Trust has 16 licences, managed by Workplace Health & Well-Being centre\. Continuing maintenance of secure OH records is essential\. The Trust's current licence with Cohort Software is due to some to an end in July 2024 and had been renewed on a yearly basis\.
