De Montfort University are looking to undertake the refurbishment of Heritage House 3rd floor Refurbishment & the Conversion of existing classroom 1\.09 \(Portland Building\) into Cubicles\. The works consist of the refurbishment of The Heritage House 3rd floor into teaching spaces & Portland classroom conversion 1\.09 into cubicles\. The M&E elements are described in the M&E tender pack\. • Using the JCT 2016 Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design • Heritage House: Contractual Start Date - Works commencement date: 12th November 2018\. Completion Date -14th December 2018\. • Portland Building: Contractual Start Date - Works commencement date: 17th December 2018\. Completion Date -25th January 2019\.
