For the provision of Consultancy and support concerning the Ramsey 'Shop in a box' and town centre enhancement scheme(s).

Description

The Council is working with Ramsey Town Council in the design and development of the 'shop in a box' units. The purpose of this 'request for quotation' is to inform the appointment of external expert advisers who can guide both the District Council and Town Council in the delivery of this project. With a specific focus on the suitability of the 'Shop in a box' units to the local market, in terms of their design and layout and the approach to the management, marketing and operation of the units.
