## Description

Waltham Forest will be working with the contracted organisation on the development and delivery of two key management and leadership training programmes that form part of our People Strategy - the Future Leaders Programme and the Frontline Managers Development Programme\. The programmes will train circa 450 staff over the course of one year, starting in March 2022\.
