Electrical Inspection Condition Reports and Remedial Works to all domestic assets to meet 5 year requirements. 1/5th of housing stock to be inspected each year. 1. To carry out Electrical Inspection Condition Reports for all properties. 2. To carry out C1 & C2 remedial works. 3. Priority rewiring of properties as agreed and approved by F&HDC's Compliance Specialist.
