Youth Employment Service

Description

East Suffolk Council is commissioning a Youth Employment Service for 16-24 year olds. Building on the previous Lowestoft-based service MyGo, the new service will extend provision across the whole of East Suffolk. The service should provide a universal offer for any young person seeking advice and support about employment, but primarily the focus will be on those currently not in employment, education or training (NEET). The service will support and encourage them to become work ready and ultimately move into paid work, work placements, employment, voluntary work, education, apprenticeships and/or training.
