## Description

Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine \(LSTM\) wishes to appoint an Independent Evaluator via an open procurement process to carry out a summative assessment of one of our project's performance, providing reliable evidence of its efficiency, effectiveness, and value for money, as well as insights into what worked \(or not\) and why, with lessons for the future\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
