Colchester Borough Council wishes to commission a Contractor to demolish a number of existing garages, constructing new affordable housing to provide 6no\. 2 bedroom flats at Buffett Way, Colchester, CO4 3YL and 6no\. 2 bedroom flats at Scarfe Way, Colchester, CO4 3YR and associated works\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Please note that the deadline of 12:00 \(noon\) 26th June 2020 stated for Expressions of Interest is the closing date for Completed Tender Submissions to be submitted\.
