Description

The Authorising Engineer (Ventilation) shall provide support to 2gether Support Solutions Ltd, Director of Capital & Estates on the operational management of the ventilation safety programme to eradicate the 2gether Support Solutions Ltd residual backlog maintenance risks relating to ventilation safety (identified in appropriate risk assessments, the 2gether Support Solutions risk register and regular condition surveys). The Authorising Engineer (Ventilation) shall provide independent professional advice and support to the Senior Operational Manager, the Estates and Capital Development Teams and the Director of Capital & Estates for all new developments, review documentation on verification and witness the process as necessary.
