## Description

Overall GIS Project aims 1\. To ensure we have the correct GIS system for our current needs\. 2\. To ensure we can keep up with GIS changes for any future requirements\. 3\. Ensure we can produce maps for internal use - to print or export to add to reports and other documentation 4\. Ensure we can produce maps external use - to add to our council website as URL's or embedded maps where we decide appropriate 5\. To take advantage of the use of API technology for keeping mapping data up to date without manual intervention\. 6\. Ensure value for money in any solution provided to support our digital journey\. Additional information: This further competition was conducted under the CCS \(now GCA\) RM6259 Vertical Application Solutions \(Lot 3\) which is under the PCR 2015 Regulations\. The value as stated refers to the initial term value\. If the two extension provisions are utilised, the whole life cost is likely to be around £211,500
