LIft Servicing, Maintenance and Refurbishment for West Kent HA

South East Consortium on behalf of West Kent Housing Association are tendering for a contractor to carry out servicing, maintenance and refurbishment services on their passenger lifts. The contract is for 5 years with a possible 5 year extension. Please note all pricing is to be inclusive of SEC Levy 1.5% as detailed in the documents. VAT and OHP's are also detailed in the documents. The estimated budget is £70-£90K plus £150K for possible refurbishment. The form of contract will be a JCT Measured Term 2016 (blank copy has been provided). This is subject to any amendments made by West Kent Housing Association. This hopefully will be provided during the tender period.
