## Description

South East Consortium on behalf of West Kent Housing Association are tendering for a contractor to carry out servicing, maintenance and refurbishment services on their passenger lifts\. The contract is for 5 years with a possible 5 year extension\. Please note all pricing is to be inclusive of SEC Levy 1\.5% as detailed in the documents\. VAT and OHP's are also detailed in the documents\. The estimated budget is £70-£90K plus £150K for possible refurbishment\. The form of contract will be a JCT Measured Term 2016 \(blank copy has been provided\)\. This is subject to any amendments made by West Kent Housing Association\. This hopefully will be provided during the tender period\.
