## Description

This project is a further competition under Crown Commercial Service Management Consultancy Framework 3 Lot 4 Finance\. The objective of this project is to optimise the Agencys end to end forecasting process, with a view to improving its accuracy, creating valuable insights for decision making, and increasing transparency\. This will enhance decision-making and provide additional assurance to stakeholders\.
